Your account
You're responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if a key is exposed and we'll help rotate it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to scrape content you're not permitted to access, to circumvent access controls or rate limits on third-party sites, to build a competing index from bulk output, or for anything unlawful.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Overage is billed in arrears at the rate on your plan. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period; we don't prorate partial periods except where required by law.
Availability
We target high availability and publish uptime, but the free plan carries no SLA. Paid SLA terms and service credits are stated on your plan.
Changes
We may update these terms with notice. Material changes take effect at your next renewal, so you can decline by cancelling.
