Roles
For data you submit through the API, you are the controller and we act as processor, handling that data only on your documented instructions.
Security measures
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege internal access with audit logging, and periodic review of access grants.
Subprocessors
We maintain a list of subprocessors and give advance notice before adding one, so you have the opportunity to object.
Transfers
Where personal data moves across borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent recognized mechanism.
Breach notification
We notify affected customers without undue delay after confirming a personal data breach, with the facts known at the time and updates as the picture clarifies.
